Friends & Family on
My Disney Experience. Let's see if we can resolve this to your satisfaction, Emily. If you already have a Disney account then here's what your mother-in-law will have to do:
1) Select Family & Friends in My Disney Experience.
2) Find your name in her Family & Friends list and select the "Edit" button.
3) A new page will arise with the option to "Remove".
4) A message will ask for confirmation of your removal from her list of Family & Friends.
Emily, if you
do not have your own Disney account please have your mother-in-law follow these steps which will permanently
delete you from her Disney account:
1) Select Family & Friends in My Disney Experience.
2) Find your name in her Family & Friends list and select the "Edit" button.
3) A new page will arise with the option to "Delete" button.
4) A message will ask for confirmation of permanent deletion of your name from her list of Family & Friends.
Once there is a removal or deletion of someone in the Family & Friends list, the action cannot be undone unless they have a separate Disney account, whereupon, a request can be made once again to reconnect them to a Family & Friends list (subject to change).
Please note that if a Guest has active entitlements- such as a Disney Dining Plan package, the deletion will not be granted. Emily, if you and your mother-in-law are still experiencing difficulty with your removal or deletion from her Disney account,
