I am sorry you are experiencing difficulty with linking your Theme Park Tickets, I know how frustrating it can be. It looks like you have already linked your Theme Park Tickets to your
Disneyland Mobile App, I do suggest double checking that the email address is the same for your Disney Account. I had multiple emails associated to my Disney Account and had difficulty accessing my reservations as well. If that doesn't fix the issue, you may want to
call and speak with a Cast Member who will be able to help get this straightened out for you. Disneyland Ticket Services can be reached at (714) 781-4636 for some real time individualized support. I am sure the Cast Member will be able to sort it out in no time! Please keep in mind that with all of the excitement surrounding the reopening of Disneyland Resort, you may be placed in a queue to speak with a Cast Member and wait times may be longer than expected.
Once you have your Theme Park Tickets straightened out, you will be able to make your
Theme Park Reservations in 4 easy steps! Theme Park Reservations as currently available up to
June 28, 2021 and more Theme Park Reservations will be added on a rolling basis so be sure to keep checking!
