Greetings Susan and welcome to planDisney!
I’m a trading card collector and I’m always opening packs of cards to try to find the next amazing card to add to my collection. Sometimes I can find cards at yard sales or estate sales, and I love going through old boxes to find a hidden gem. It looks like you’ve found your own version of a hidden gem in a non-expiring
Walt Disney World theme park ticket!
You will need to confirm that the ticket you have does not have an expiration date and would still have value for a current day of admission. You can do that in a couple of ways. One way is to call the
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and Ticket line and let them know that you have found a ticket that you would like them to look up to confirm it is a non-expiring ticket. The Cast Member will look up the ticket number and let you know the actual number of days remaining that can be exchanged for a current admission. Please have the ticket in front of you when you call, so you have all the information in front of you to help the Cast Member retrieve the needed information.
The other option would be to take the ticket to
Guest Relations at any Walt Disney World theme park or
Disney Springs if you happen to be in the area in the near future. A Cast Member will scan the ticket and confirm whether it’s the old non-expiring type and what they can do to help you convert it into a new ticket.
Susan, your hidden gem will hopefully find you scanning into the Magic Kingdom or EPCOT sometime soon! If EPCOT is on your radar, I highly suggest taking a full day to enjoy the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival that runs from March 4, 2026, through June 1, 2026! I was just there a few days before the festival started and the flowers and Disney character sculptures were ready for the festival and they are absolutely amazing! There is truly not a better place to be in the springtime, especially coming from the winter we have had here in the Midwest!
Susan, have a magical time and don’t forget to enjoy a Mickey Bar or two!
