Hello Marcos, and a great big beautiful welcome to planDisney!
Theme park tickets purchased last year may have a different expiration date depending on whether you selected a 1-day ticket or a multi-day ticket. You can find the expiration date for your specific ticket purchase on the email confirmation you received, or you can feel free to contact a Cast Member in
Guest Services by phone. I also recommend using the Chat feature in the
Disneyland mobile app, which can be easily located by pressing the three horizontal lines on the bottom-right corner of the app screen, then navigating to the "Chat with Us" icon. I have found great success using this live messaging feature to get answers specific to my account or theme park tickets and reservations.
Now, Marcos, you have another option for the use of your ticket if you find that you won't be able to visit before the listed expiration date. Unless otherwise stated in the
terms and conditions of your ticket, Disneyland Resort allows guests to apply the purchase price of a wholly unused ticket toward the purchase of a new theme park ticket of equal or higher value. So if you need a little more flexibility in your planning timeframe, you can request this by calling
Ticket Services. Whenever you choose to plan your visit, don't forget to make your theme park reservations in advance, as both a
valid theme park ticket and park reservation are needed for entry.
I do hope you'll be able to visit at some point this year, Marcos! 2023 is going to be bursting at the seams with exciting celebrations and unique offerings honoring the 100th anniversary of the Walt Disney Company. The
Disney100 Celebration is sure to hold some platinum pixie dust for dreamers of all ages!
I hope this has been helpful, Marcos, and if you ever have any other questions please don't hesitate to come back and visit me and my pals here at
planDisney!
Magic awaits you!
