Disneyland Mobile App is a must for easy navigation throughout the park. The app allows you to do quick
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering or add yourself to a walk-up dining list for a sit-down restaurant when you don’t have reservations. Another perk of the app is easy storing of your digital theme park tickets.
Based on your question, I am assuming that you are receiving an error when trying to scan your tickets into the app. You are likely scanning the QR code for your theme park reservation instead of the bar code for your tickets. The ticket bar code would have been emailed along with your receipt after purchasing your tickets on the
Disneyland Resort website. If you cannot find your theme park tickets--only the reservation QR code--no worries. You can present the QR code for gate entry into the theme park, and a Cast Member will print out physical tickets that you can use to scan into the app for things like
Genie+.
