Hi Loraine!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
It's always a pleasure to answer questions from my fellow UK Guests, especially when we are all in the same situation! I have also made a reservation with the same UK Tour Operator as you have, and I know they are currently only dealing with customers who are travelling within the next 72 hours. All Tour Operators are very busy with all the cancellations, re-booking and new guidelines that have come into effect recently. I am also awaiting my Disney Confirmation Number so that I can link my Disney park tickets to
My Disney Experience, and I am checking their website every day (go to the Customer Support Page, under "Get in Touch") to see when they are widening their contact details to include customers (like yourselves) with later reservation dates. I completely understand how frustrating this is, and I am also very keen to link my
park tickets to My Disney Experience. The good news is that you have paid for your park tickets, as new ticket sales have been temporarily paused for 2020.
With regard to the new theme park reservation system, we do not know exactly how far in advance this will be available to guests, so I hope that as your holiday approaches you will be able to link your park tickets before your theme park reservation is required for your September holiday.
We know you have many questions about what these new announcements mean for your upcoming visit. Please know we’re working to be able to answer your questions as quickly as possible. We look forward to providing an update as soon as we have more information to share. If you have any further questions, please come back and visit us again, and keep your eye on the
Disney Parks Blog for all the latest official updates.
