Boo to you, Alex! Thanks for bringing your question to us at planDisney - I'm headed to
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party next weekend and can't wait for all the spooky snacks, eerie entertainment, and boo-tiful fall decorations!
With your special event party ticket, you will be able to enter
Magic Kingdom Park starting at 4 PM, but without a standard theme park admission ticket, you won't be eligible to purchase
Lightning Lane Passes during regular operating hours at the park. Remember that the park closes at 6 PM on party nights, and Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Single Pass are also not available during party hours. The good news, Alex, is that the lines for attractions will typically be shorter during party nights due to limited ticket sales and so many party-exclusive events like rare character meet and greets, trick or treating, and
Mickey's Boo-To-You Halloween Parade spreading out guests.
Another party tip to keep in mind is that
Tiana's Bayou Adventure will be operating a standby queue during the party, so you will be able to head on down the bayou without worrying about securing a boarding group through the Virtual Queue system.
TRON Lightcycle/Run also just started operating without a Virtual Queue during regular park hours, and this will remain in place during the party as well.
Alex, be sure to read up on all the
Halloween goodies you can try while you're at the party, and if you're planning to dress up, check out the
Halloween costume guidelines to help you plan! Also make sure you ask the
Disney PhotoPass photographers about Halloween MagicShots throughout the night; you never know what extras might develop in your photo memories!
I hope this helps, and I'm wishing you a night of spooky memories filled with lots of sweet treats and not-so-scary thrills (don't forget to check out the Halloween spin on
Space Mountain during the event!) If you have any other planning questions, come on back to
planDisney where there's always room for one more question!
Stay Spooky,
Alison
