How much is a ticket for a four year old child that’s a Florida resident? Also, do you have two day passes for Walt Disney World? One day at animal kingdom, and one day at Walt Disney World.

Hi Courtney and welcome to planDisney!

There are so many great perks to living in the Sunshine State and discounts on tickets is just one of them!  I love living so close to the magic, so I can visit as often as possible and make new Disney memories with my family.

The price of Florida resident tickets vary based on when you would like to go and which parks you would like to visit.  You can price out tickets by visiting the Walt Disney World ticket website.  Make sure you are logged in to your My Disney Experience account, so it will recognize that you are a Florida resident and give you the best prices.  Currently, only 1, 3 or 4 day tickets are available for residents, but you can purchase a 2 day general admission ticket at regular price.

Another option would be exploring the world of Walt Disney World annual passes.  Florida residents have the benefit of a monthly payment program, so it makes it easier to to afford an annual pass by breaking up the payments over a year.  The only pass currently available is the Disney Pixie Dust Pass, which is valid Monday to Friday with blockout dates.  Starting on April 20th, the higher tier passes with more dates to play, including weekends, will be available for a limited time.  All annual passes give you a discount on select Disney merchandise, select Disney dining, select Disney Resort hotels and complimentary parking at all of the theme parks.  Starting this month also, Passholders can enter the theme parks after 2:00 PM without a theme park reservation, so you can just pop by in the afternoon without having to check park availability first.

I see your trip is coming up next month!  If you are interested in dining at any Walt Disney World table-service restaurants, I highly recommend making advance dining reservations.  You can do this online or on the My Disney Experience Mobile App.  Dining reservations open 60 days in advance, so your window to book is already open.

Please stop back by if you would like restaurant recommendations or if you have any additional vacation planning questions.

    Have a magical day!
