Jasmine, I am glad your original theme park ticket matter was partially resolved, and I apologize for the inconvenience caused for your replacement ticket, not including the Disney Genie+ Service. If it were me, I would reach out to
Disneyland Resort – Tickets to explain the situation and they will be able to access your theme park ticket information and offer further support.
At this time, as soon as you enter a Disneyland Resort theme park with a required
Theme Park Reservation, you will be able to purchase the
Disney Genie+ Service via the Disneyland App for yourself and any in your travel party whose valid theme park tickets have been linked to your Disney account, provided they hold a valid Theme Park Reservation (subject to change).
Jasmine, I think it wise to utilize the Disney Genie+ Service during your visit, which will be a busy time. This way you may save time waiting in lines for attractions that offer the Lightning Lane entrance. Therefore, it’s a good idea to download the
Disneyland App to manage your plans during your visit with the many convenient and helpful features – such as the ease and efficiency of the
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering option, the ability to join in any available
Virtual Queues, and make
Disneyland Resort dining reservations together.
