Hi Mario!
Welcome to planDisney! We're so happy that you found us hEAR. Thank you so much for sending this
Disneyland Resort planning question to us!
I'm happy to share, Mario, that
Theme Park Admission Tickets that were issued before the
historic shutdown that are wholly unused (like if they were 4-days tickets, and none of the days had been redeemed yet or single day Park Hoppers) will be able to have their value of what you paid all of those yEARs ago applied to the purchase of what tickets cost today. (I'm so sorry that I can't get more specific, I sadly don't have the proper magic mirror to see inside your My Disneyland Account to see your specific tickets.) To be able to make this type of ticket upgrade, you can stop by the Disneyland Resort Ticket Booths if you live close to the theme parks or happen to be in that part of town. Or you can
call the Disneyland Resort Theme Park Ticket Helpline at (714) 781-4636. If you have theme park tickets that were partially used before the closure, you can still call the same phone number to see what can be done.
The most important thing about using Disneyland Theme Park Tickets today is that Guests now need to also make
Park Pass Reservations, which notate which theme park you plan on visiting on which day.
Park Pass Reservations open 120 days in advance of every Disney day, but they start to fill up about a month before, so you'll want to call ASAP to convert the tickets so they're able to make reservations.
I hope that this answer helped to clEAR up your question, Mario! Be sure to check out the
official planDisney Instagram account for even more tips and tricks! And if you have any more Disneyland Resort planning questions, We're All Ears!
