I had a ticket did it expired

    Hiya, Jose!

It has been a little while since I visited the Disneyland Resort. So I have been checking and double-checking my theme park admission too. I don’t want there to be anything in the way of our family making magical memories at The Happiest Place on Earth.

Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are valid until any one of the following takes place:

    • All of the days of the ticket have been used.
    • The ticket expiration date has passed. Find the expiration date in the ticket purchase confirmation email.
    • Standard multi-day park tickets (not promotional or military tickets) may be valid for up to thirteen days after the first day of use.

The first place I would go to check if a theme park ticket is still valid is the Disneyland mobile app. From the ☰ feature menu, you can tap on the “Tickets and Passes” tile to show tickets that are linked to your account. When I check the tickets that are linked to my account, I see the number of unused days remaining for each ticket. For the Magic Key passes linked to my account, I can see the expiration date for each pass.

Another place you can check on tickets is the Disneyland Resort website. Under the “My Disneyland” menu, open the “Ticket and Reservation Details” link. From there, open the “Make Park Reservation” link. On that "My Theme Park Reservations" page, you can view currently booked theme park reservations. If you have an upcoming reservation listed, you can be assured that the ticket linked to that reservation is still valid on that date. You can also open the “Book Theme Park Reservation” link to see if tickets currently linked to your account are eligible to book a new reservation. Or you can link a new ticket or pass to your account for booking park reservations.

Tony’s Tip: If you find that your theme park ticket has expired and you know that it is wholly unused, you may be able to upgrade that ticket to a new ticket of equal or greater value. To do so, stop by a main entrance ticket booth at the Disneyland Resort. Or reach out to a Cast Member by calling the Tickets phone line or by tapping the “Chat with Us” tile found in the ☰ feature menu of the Disneyland mobile app.

I hope you have a magical time at the Disneyland Resort, Jose!

    ~Tony
