I have the ticket exchange vouchers, and would like to go to the TTC and get our tickets the night before we head to park. What time do windows close? Also, since we bought them with FL resident offer, do all adults have to go or can one w/ all DL?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Ana! Thank you for stopping by with your question.

I happy to learn you are taking advantage of a special Florida Resident ticket offer for your upcoming visit! As a Florida resident myself, I love being able to stretch my Disney dollars with our resident exclusive offers so I can enjoy the magic more often!

Ana, the ticket window hours at the Ticket and Transportation Center will be similar to the regular park operating hours. If you don’t think you’ll make it on time, another great option to pick up your tickets is to stop by the Disney Springs Guest Relations location which will is open until midnight. Parking at Disney Springs is complimentary too! Schedules are subject to change without notice, so be sure to check those hours before you head on over.

As far as the proof of residency, all guests 18-years and older will have to be present with a valid form of ID in order to pick up their tickets.

I hope this helps answer your question. For any additional questions or planning tips, please don’t hesitate to stop by!

Have a magical day and see ya real soon,
