My ticket was during Covid can I used them next week?

    Hi, Jody! Welcome to planDisney!

I'm so glad you'll be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort very soon. I know how disappointed you must have been when you postponed your trip, but now your magical vacation is almost here at last!

Since your original travel dates were most likely last year, I'm going to assume that your tickets have expired. But Hakuna Matata, Jody! No worries! If you have wholly unused theme park tickets, Disney will allow you to apply them to a future visit. You'll probably need a Cast Member to help with this, so I'd give Guest Relations a call at the number listed under "Existing Tickets."

Also, keep in mind that all Guests must make reservations in advance for the theme parks they plan to visit. Luckily, a look at the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar shows plenty of openings for next week! Once you've got your tickets locked up, make sure they're linked to your My Disney Experience account, then head over to the Disney Park Pass page and follow the prompts to make reservations for everyone in your party. Next thing you know, you'll be on your way to Walt Disney World!

I hope this helps you kick start your vacation plans, Jody. Thanks for stopping by to see your planDisney pals, and be sure to hop on over again if you have any more questions. We're always here to help!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

    Kathy K.

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
