Hey there, hi there, ho there, Emma! You're as welcome as can be to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
How exciting it is to be heading to the Happiest Place on Earth! It's a "good, good, good, good time" to
Get Your Ears On!
I hope you have a smooth and simple experience with your
park tickets. When
tickets are used for the first time, the Cast Member at the main entrance turnstile will take a photograph of the guest holding the ticket. This will be used to verify the guest's identity when the ticket is used for park re-entry. Should there be an issue with proving the identity of the guest who purchased the ticket, Cast Members at the Main Entrance Ticket Booths can help. For tickets purchased directly from the Disneyland Resort, plan on having your government-issued identification and the original form of payment. For tickets purchased through a third-party vendor, unfortunately, there is not a means of positively identifying the original purchaser. If you would like to speak with a Cast Member about a specific ticket, I recommend
calling the Disneyland Resort ticket line. For that, I recommend having the ticket number and the original form of payment handy for verification.
I hope you have a magical time, Emma!
