Lydia, you can reassign a
Disney Theme Park ticket to another person if it has not yet been used. Once used, tickets cannot be reassigned. The person you're transferring it to needs to be in your
Family & Friends list. When you're ready to reassign the ticket, open the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, click the "≡" at the bottom of the app screen, then scroll to "My Tickets & Passes." Swipe to locate the ticket you with to reassign, and select the button to reassign the ticket. This is where you will choose who will receive the ticket.
