Hello James, and welcome to planDisney!

It sure sounds as if you've already been super busy via your My Disney Experience account trying to put together plans for your summer holiday to Walt Disney World Resort.  Now let's see that if with just a little more faith, trust, and pixie-dust, I can offer some assistance to a fellow Brit who like me, also visits everyone's pal Mickey Mouse from across the other side of the Atlantic!

As you rightly mention, James, it's should be straightforward to successfully link the UK-exclusive Magic Ticket eTickets purchased via the Walt Disney Travel Company to My Disney Experience.  Linking eTickets to My Disney Experience can be done by inputting the numbers located beneath the barcode found on your Will Call eTicket voucher which you received via email in a PDF attachment.

To link Magic Tickets to My Disney Experience -

     - Log in to My Disney Experience via a desktop computer
     - Head to My Plans within the drop-down menu
     - Hover over Park Tickets and select Link Tickets
     - Continue to follow the onscreen prompts to enter Ticket ID Numbers (which are located underneath the barcodes on your Will Call eTicket vouchers)

Hopefully, with your Magic Tickets now successfully linked to your My Disney Experience account, and also assigned to each Guest in your party, you should be able to go ahead and make those all-important Disney Park Pass reservations for each and every Mouseketeer.

James, if this is not the case, and you're still having any technical glitches at all, then I suggest speaking in person with a Cast Member who will be able to fully access your My Disney Experience account, and in doing so ensure everything is correct for your upcoming June holiday.

To connect with a helpful Cast Member, please go ahead and dial the UK freephone number for Technical and Website Support contained within this Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.

I hope that I've been able to provide a little pixie-dusted insight for you today.  If you have any further questions concerning your Walt Disney World Resort holiday this coming June, then please don't hesitate to drop back to me here at planDisney.

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
