Hi Leah! Thanks for dropping by planDisney.
I'm happy to help a fellow Show Me State Guest out. Let's see if we can't solve your
theme park reservation issue. Guests need a reservation in addition to their valid
admission ticket in order to enter the parks. I'm glad you know that and are preparing now! These reservations should be made in advance, as days and parks do fill up. Currently, when you purchase your ticket through Disneyland Resort, you select your reservation at the time of purchase. If so, you already have a reservation. Check the
Disneyland mobile app for the date of your visit to see if you're already set.
However, previously, ticket purchasing and theme park reservation booking were separate processes. Depending on when or where you bought your ticket, you might not have your reservation yet. If this is the case, theme park reservations are available 120 days out. You are currently within that window for your upcoming visit. You can check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to see whether your preferred date and park are available. If you have a
Park Hopper, you'll be selecting the park you'd like to start the day in when you choose your park.
The
Holidays at Disneyland Resort will be underway at the time of your visit. It's my favorite time of year! And while we don't have all the details yet, you know there will be beautiful seasonal decor, yummy treats, Characters in their holiday finest, jolly entertainment, and the best holiday overlays on select attractions. Be sure to check out
"it's a small world" Holiday in Fantasyland at Disneyland Park. It's my favorite overlay of them all, and it's also a great spot to catch the nighttime entertainment.
As your dates approach, be sure to follow the
Disney Parks Blog for all the official updates of the merry offerings coming to the parks.
Disney Eats will have all the foodie news, so you can have your must-eat and must-drink list ready to go.
I hope you have the happiest holiday trip!
Elizabeth
