    Where is my ticket that I bought in 2019 that was to expired in 2020 but I was told it was expanded to dec of 2021 because of COVID (and purchased purchased it late 2019)

    The Disneyland Resort has some exciting news! Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park will be reopening to California residents on April 30, 2021! If that wasn’t wonderful news enough, Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa will be reopening on April 29, 2021. Everything is moving in the right direction and I can’t wait to get back to it all!

    I’m sorry to hear that you were not able to use your theme park tickets last year. Most tickets were extended through December 16, 2021. It sounds like you already checked to see if your tickets fell into one of the categories of extended tickets. In some cases Disneyland Resort expired theme park tickets have not been showing on guest’s Disneyland Account. You can try to re-link them using the Disneyland Mobile App or Disneyland.com. When you relink them you should see an updated expiration date. If that doesn’t work, you’ll need to call Ticket Services and they will be happy to help you.
