Welcome to planDisney. How exciting that you have a jolly good time planned for a visit to Disneyland over the holidays. It's the merriest place on earth during this time of year because when the holidays and Disney come together, it's extra magical.
Joshua, typically when you purchase your theme park tickets through Disneyland online, it can take up to 24 hours before they are delivered after purchase confirmation, according to the
eTicket Terms and Conditions. If it has been longer than that, I recommend calling a
Ticketing Cast Member for assistance. You can also visit a Main Entrance Ticket Booth upon arrival at the Disneyland Resort, where you’ll need to present a valid ID and the payment card used to purchase your eTickets.
If you have that eTicket confirmation, you should be able to link your tickets if they are not automatically connected to your account. The easiest way to do that is in the Disneyland app. If you have the
Disneyland app downloaded to your smartphone, log into your account. Then, click on the "hamburger" or three lines in the bottom right corner and then click on the "tickets and passes" tile. In the top right, there is a bar code that says "Link Tickets & Passes." Select that and you can either scan the barcode from your email confirmation or you can type the ticket ID number to link it to your account.
You can also link your tickets on a computer through your
My Disneyland account. Just visit the "My Disneyland" tab and click "link tickets." Then follow the steps to add your ticket to your account.
If for any reason you can't connect your ticket, follow the recommendations above for speaking with the Ticketing service or stopping by the Ticketing booth upon your arrival.
