    If ticket was assigned to the wrong persons thru the app and then reassigned, yet shows up under the original assisted person with both tickets while I have problems with accessing the park?

    It's wonderful to see you here with us at planDisney! It sounds like you have some fun plans to visit the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks. 

    It's helpful to know that each Guest in your travel party will need a valid theme park admission and a valid theme park reservation in their name for the date you wish to visit a theme park.

    In your case, Kayla, it sounds like your theme park tickets are not displaying as expected with the names of the Guests to whom you assigned the tickets. My best suggestion is to reach out to the Walt Disney World Resort at (407)-934-7639 and speak with a Cast Member who can help you look into the issue. As an alternative to calling, you can connect with a Cast Member for assistance using the chat service online or using the "Chat with Us" feature in the My Disney Experience mobile app.

    Kayla, I'm hopeful for you that you'll get all your theme park tickets and theme park reservations set up so you and your Mouseketeers can enjoy all the magic of the Walt Disney World Resort.
