In your case, Kayla, it sounds like your theme park tickets are not displaying as expected with the names of the Guests to whom you assigned the tickets. My best suggestion is to reach out to the Walt Disney World Resort at (407)-934-7639 and speak with a Cast Member who can help you look into the issue. As an alternative to calling, you can connect with a Cast Member for assistance using the
chat service online or using the "Chat with Us" feature in the
My Disney Experience mobile app.
