I had my ticket on my Apple Watch but when I went to check it today, it’s fine! It’s still on my phone but I was wondering if there’s a way to get it back?

Hey! Sarah and welcome to planDisney. I am so glad you stopped by. Ahh, Alberta, Canada, is one of the most beautiful places in the Western Hemisphere. We were there last summer enjoying the Adventures By Disney - Canadian Rockies experience. WOW!

When Disney technology gets crazy on your device it is either Stitch chewing on the wires or one of the playful spooks from the Haunted Mansion pranking you. Disney MagicMobile pass is a game changer for my family because we now bring our MagicBand+ just for Star Wars: Batuu Bounty Hunters adventures (at Disneyland Park and Disney's Hollywood Studios). I recommend this for your Apple Watch ticket issue.

First, make sure your phone is up to date. Then, restart both your Apple Watch and your phone. Once they both turn back on go to the Apple Watch app on your phone and make sure the "My Watch" icon is selected at the bottom. Scroll down to "Wallet & Apple Pay." Since you see the ticket on your phone in Apple Wallet look for "Other Cards On Your Watch." There should be an option to add your Disney MagicMobile pass. Finally, check to see if the pass appears back on your Apple Watch.

If the Disney MagicMobile pass is not there then head back to the My Disney Experience app on your phone. Click on Tickets and Passes. Find the ticket you want to add and select "Add to Device." Follow the prompts. Once the card is installed then open your Watch app and follow the above instructions. If you are still having difficulty dial 407-939-4357 and speak with a cast member. They will get you squared away.

planDisney Pro Tip: I wear my Apple Watch on my left hand so at attractions I try and only use left touchpoints. This prevents me from having to contort my wrist to tap and possibly scratch the watch's face.

Sarah, I hope these tips help you enjoy your Magical March Disney vacation to the place "where dreams come true."

    Enjoy making many Magical Memories.
