    TIA. I wanted to know if I stay at POR, can I eat at other resorts, both table service as qwell as quick service. Also if we do at AKL can we visit the savana viewing area? We will be at the POR 8/14. Always appreciate your info.

    Hi Walter,

    Absolutely! You are more than welcome to "Resort Hop" and explore the various incredible Disney hotels. In fact, some of my favorite restaurants are located inside resorts. To answer your other question, yes you can enjoy the savanna at the Animal Kingdom Lodge. My family considers Boma - Flavors of Africa restaurant a must do on every Disney vacation. I highly recommend that you take some time to soak in this gorgeous resort. They have "night vision googles" that make it fun to see the animals at night too.

    I also recommend that you try 'Ohana at the Polynesian, Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary, Citricos (fine dining) at the Grand Floridian and stop by Beaches 'n Cream at the Beach Club for dessert.
