Thxs for help! My 2 daughters have rooms at BC and I have 1 at BWV. They want me to change to BCV. Can you tell me the differences in the BWV and BCV and how far apart the BC and BW are? Which villa would you suggst?

    Hi Anne!

Congratulations!  There is no better place to travel with family than Walt Disney World!

The Beach Club Villas are located just across the pleasant waters of Crescent lake from Disney's Boardwalk Villas.  You can get from one to the other by taking a short, relaxing ride across the lake on  Friendship Boats, or by taking a 10 to 15 minute walk around the Boardwalk and Stormalong Bay.  They are very convenient to one another, and the entrance of EPCOT is located smack dab between the two of them!

Both resorts are beautiful, and have delightful themes in their decor.  The BWV bring to mind the "charm, elegance, and whimsy of turn-of-the-century Atlantic City".  There is a carnival-themed pool with a great slide called the "Kiester Coaster".  And there are some great shops and restaurants located all along the Boardwalk itself, perfect for a morning or evening stroll!

The BCV let you escape into the leisure and romance of the New-England style beach town communities.  Stormalong Bay- a 3-acre water wonderland - is one of the main highlights of this resort.  It is just absolutely amazing with its Pirate ship slide, sandy bottom pool, waterfalls, lazy circular river and more!

They are both absolutely amazing resorts, and it would be great fun for you all to get to experience both on one vacation, since they are so close together,  However, I have to say that I think it is so much more fun and convenient to be in the same resort together.  And, since the Beach Club Villas do not allow non-guests to use their swimming pool amenities, I would suggest that you change to the Beach Club Villas to be able to enjoy as much time and as many activities together as possible on this trip.  You can all try out the Boardwalk Villas next time around!

I wish you many happy memories together on this special trip!
