Thx for answering previous q! For heat concerns we got deluxe DDP so almost all our meals with be sit down in air cond. Planning on RD at non early am EMH parks (just not realitic for my fam to make an 8am RD on vaca. breaks after lunch?? Good plan???

    Hi Danelle,

I think your plan is great. If you know your family won't be up and at 'em early enough to catch Extra Magic Hours, arriving at a non EMH Park at rope drop can be a smart alternative. In fact, there have been times (during heaviest crowd periods of the year) I travel against the grain on Extra Magic Hours and hit the other Parks to avoid heavy crowds.

My family always takes afternoon breaks at our Disney Resort Hotel. We either swim, nap or simply enjoy the Resort amenities and recreation. Once you realize it's virtually impossible to see and do everything at Walt Disney World Resort, you'll feel okay about heading back to your Resort Hotel for a well-deserved rest. After all, it's vacation ... enjoy and soak up the magic!

Thanks for your question, Danelle, and I wish you a wonderful vacation.
