What is the threshold to shut down onboard water activities?

    Hi there, Jennifer!

Soon you'll be setting sail on a Disney Cruise and you'll be saying hello to delicious meals, world-class service, and incredible entertainment. Between mealtimes and activities, my family really enjoys splashing around in the pools onboard. Pools, waterslides, and water play areas are subject to closure in the event of heavy rain, lightning, or excessive motion due to ocean conditions. The Crew Members will decide if a closure is necessary as they keep guest and crew safety in mind.

Please note that pools are cleaned often and will be closed for several minutes on a regular basis. It's a great time for a quick restroom break or to grab a bite to eat. My favorite foods are within a short distance from the pools. That would be the chicken tenders and the soft-serve ice cream! You can grab a snack and relax while watching whatever is playing on the Funnel Vision.

Enjoy your time aboard and please cruise to planDisney again. See ya real soon!
