Hiya Melinda!
Welcome to planDisney! We're so happy that you sent this Disneyland Resort planning question to us hEAR! I'm Kristen, and I'm happy to be your planEAR today!
Oh man, these past few yEARs have been a real doozy, haven't they? I can think of no better way to play and forget about the outside world than by having a Disneyland day! Especially since the
Main Street Electrical Parade is back for a limited-time celebration of its 50th Anniversary! Melinda, you're going to need to call the
helpful Disneyland Resort Theme Park Ticket Cast Members as they'll be able to best explain all of your options. Right after the parks reopened, theme park ticket expiration dates were extended auto
magically to the end of 2021. However, I believe what they're doing right now for Guests who still have expired tickets is either reissue them as new
Theme Park Admission Tickets or possibly as refunds, but both on a case-by-case basis. Their phone number is (714) 781-4636.
One tip I
can provide today is that in addition to needing a valid
Theme Park Admission Ticket, Guests now need to also make a
Park Pass Reservation for each of their Disney days.
Park Pass Reservations kind of tell Mickey and his friends which park(s) you plan to play in and on what day(s). If you have a Park Hopper ticket, you'll select the theme park you'd like to start your day in; you'll then be allowed to hop between both parks, as much as you'd like, starting at 1:00 P.M. And to help you better plan your upcoming Disney day, hEARs the
Park Pass Reservation Availability Calendar.I'm so sorry that I was unable to provide a better answer or a quick fix for you, Melinda. I hope that you're able to get everything sorted out super quickly and that you're able to still visit on your desired Disney date. Be sure to follow the
