We have three families visiting Disney together. Our tickets are on one order. Is there a way to link each families tickets with their own My Disney Experience and Genie plus? Or does one person need to manage these applications for the entire group?

Hello and welcome to planDisney, Mark!

Thank you for visiting us today with an excellent question about My Disney Experience! Your Walt Disney World Resort adventure is just around the riverbend, as our friend Pocahontas would say. Get ready to make the most magical holiday memories with your family and friends!

Now that you have already purchased theme park tickets, let’s link them to My Disney Experience to make Disney Park Pass reservations and prepare for your visit! To link each ticket to each person in your travel party, I recommend that adult Guests create their own Disney account. In addition, one adult in each family should also be responsible for adding their children to their My Family & Friends List

After creating all accounts, you can invite each other to connect by visiting My Family & Friends, selecting Add a Guest, and then choosing I’ll enter their name and age. After providing the first name, last name, and age of the Guest traveling with you, select Invite this Guest to connect and enter their e-mail address. Remember to add the children as well, and the person managing their accounts can authorize the Guest with the ticket order to manage their plans and assign tickets. Once you are successfully connected, sign in to your Disney account to link the theme park tickets and assign them to each Guest in your group. If you require further assistance, please call (407) 934-7639, and Cast Members will be happy to assist you!

planDisney tip: After linking tickets, check Theme Park Reservation Availability and make your Disney Park Pass reservations as soon as possible! In addition, keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for news and announcements on New Year’s celebrations coming to the Walt Disney World Resort.

It was a pleasure answering your question, Mark. I hope this helps you while planning and that you have a pixie-dusted visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth!

    Best Disney wishes,
    Thiana
