We are three families traveling together. We have children ranging in age from 13 to 1. Also have grandparents that have never been to Walt Disney World. What advice would you give to our family to best see the parks? I

    Hi Wendy,

Thanks so much for writing!  With a large group travelling and a variety of age groups, I generally recommend planning an itinerary that includes some time traversing the parks together and in smaller groups so that everyone can see and experience all that they most want to.  Making advanced dining reservations at the parks or resorts for some group mid-day character lunches or dinners is a great way to all spend time together.  In addition, "low-key" attractions such as It's a Small World are a wonderful choice for "group" activities.  I would allow time for older children (and their guardians) to experience some of the more "daring" attractions such as Space Mountain, Expedition Everest and Tower of Terror.  By splitting up some of the time, I'm guessing you'll have an easier time of hitting everyone's "to do" list.

Feel free to write back with more specific questions and/or for more tips.  Happy planning!
