Most Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets come with an expiration or “Valid Through” date. The easiest way to view your expiration date is to go to your
My Disney Experience app. Once you arrive at the app, tap on the menu (three horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen). You’ll then see several tiles appear on the next page. Tap the tile that states, “Tickets and Passes.” As long as your ticket hasn’t expired, you should see it appear. There will be a “Valid Through” date printed at the bottom of the ticket. As long as your ticket is still valid and you make a Disney Park Pass reservation, you should have no trouble using that third day!
If you purchased
travel insurance as part of your vacation package, you might also be able to recoup that third day. If you had trip insurance, check the language and consider contacting the number listed on your insurance package. Depending upon your reason for missing the third day, you might be covered by your travel insurance. The number to call regarding travel insurance is (407)-939-7639.
