Hi Moms! Three days from 180 days. Trip is split between two resorts but only have dining beginning at the 2nd resort. Wanted to do bkfst and park before heading to second resort. Will our dining plan work or do we have to go to the 2nd resort first?

    HI Andrea,

That 180 day mark is almost here, and you'll be able to book advanced dining reservations for your favorite restaurants. How exciting!

When you stay at a select Disney Resort hotels, you can make dining reservations 180 days before your check-in, but for your entire stay. This is regardless of you having a room-only reservation, or a Magic Your Way Vacation Package with a Disney Dining Plan. You can make them at the Walt Disney World restaurants and reservations page, or better yet, via the My Disney Experience mobile app.

Disney Dining Plan entitlements become available from the moment you check into your Resort hotel, until midnight of the check-out date. In your case, although you will be able to make advanced dining reservations based on your first Resort hotel reservation, you will not be able to utilize your dining plan entitlements until you check-in. Even though your room may not be ready until the afternoon, you definitely want to check-in before your breakfast in order to be able to use your dining plan credits.

    Happy planning!
