We had three day passes for 1/7/2020 to 5/21/2020. We have 1 day left, but covid happened and we now want to use them, what do we need to do?

    Hello Russell,

Thanks for stopping in to see us here at planDisney.

I'm pretty sure that if Mickey heard you're planning a return to see him at "The Happiest Place on Earth," he'd shout "Hot diggity dog! That's a swell idea!"

It sounds like maybe you purchased the 2020 Southern California Resident Ticket, though perhaps your ticket is of a different type. I'm happy to say that the Disneyland Resort did extend the expiration dates for the 2020 Southern California Resident Ticket as well as other ticket types. Check out the Modifications and Cancellations section on the Theme Park Tickets & Reservations page for the details. The 2020 Southern California Resident Ticket is now valid through December 16, 2021. There are blockout dates with this ticket type for November 20-27, 2021.

You'll want to be sure to sign in to your Disneyland Resort account and make your theme park reservations for the dates you'd like to visit. You might want to take a look at the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to help you with your planning.

Russell, I do hope this information is helpful as you're making your plans to visit Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. If you find that you have additional questions about your theme park tickets, you can give a call to the Disneyland Resort tickets team at (714) 781-4636 to speak with a Cast Member for more assistance.

I also highly recommend following the Disney Parks Blog as a fun and helpful way to stay up to date on all the magic coming to the Disneyland Resort. Of course, if you have suggestions you're looking for planDisney panelists to share with you, just ask away! We're here for you and happy to help.

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
