First of all, have you downloaded the
Disneyland Mobile app yet? This is what you’ll need to scan your theme park tickets when you arrive, and it’s always the first place I head to when I want to make changes to my tickets, reservations, or if I want to add to my cast of characters when I’m planning a trip to
the Disneyland Resort.
Changes to tickets can also be done in person at the main entrance ticket booth. There, you can purchase new park-hoppers and get refunded for your unused ones at the same time.
Landry, for your specific situation, I recommend calling the dedicated
Guest Services phone line for tickets at (714) 781-4636. The helpful Cast Members will be more than happy to answer any questions you have and assist you with your park hopper alterations.
