Hello there, Pat!
Thank you so much for visiting us at planDisney, welcome! I’m so excited that you are getting ready to finally
return to the land of magic. How exciting! I know my first visit back after the pandemic was an emotional one and I can proudly share that many tears were shed.
The Disney Parks hold such a special place in my heart and not being able to visit for a while was really hard. So you can say that I’m smiling EAR to EAR now that the parks have finally reopened.
If you purchased your park ticket before the pandemic, you will be happy to hear that most theme park tickets and their expiration dates have been extended. If you are unable to visit the parks before the new expiration date, you can use your
wholly unused ticket towards the purchase of a new ticket that is greater than or equal to the price you paid for your current tickets.
Now, to use your existing ticket, or any newer
tickets, you will first need to link them to your
Disney account. Once linked you will then need
to schedule your theme park reservations for the days you are planning on visiting. TIP: You can do this on the desktop site or the
mobile app. After scheduling your reservations you’re ready to visit!
I hope this helps, Pat. Welcome back and have a magical visit. If you have any other questions, please be sure to let us know.
See ya real soon!
