I have three children (2,5,8) ane we are planning a summer trip to Disney. I can not decide between CB or Corondo. Please help! I am considering the Wilderness Villas but the cost is an issue.

    Michelle:

As much as I love the upscale resort feel of Coronado Springs, its food court and the dinosaur dig near its pool, the pool is the decisive factor between these two resorts and because of your children, I have to lean toward Caribbean Beach Resort.

Whether you get a standard room sporting a Nemo theme or a preferred room with a Pirate theme, the kids will enjoy the theming.  But it doesn't stop there.  From the multiple small playgrounds around the resort to its sandy beach areas, it's a better choice for a summer vacation.  It's selling point, though, is its pirate-ship-themed pool area, complete with bridges, planks, and canons!  For your little one, there is a water-play area with lots of hoses, spouts, splash areas.

To get the most of your money out of this resort, plan time into your vacation to enjoy the pool.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
