Hi Sely,
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! May I guess that the happy dancing has begun? I know your children are excited about their upcoming trip!
Given your daughter's age, I would suggest Chef Mickey's. Mickey and Minnie Mouse and the gang are always thrilled to greet new friends. We have dined there for breakfast and dinner. Both are good and we love all of our
PhotoPass photos taken in the waiting area just before heading into the restaurant. From Magic Kingdom, Disney's Contemporary Resort is just a 10-minute walk or short monorail ride away.
If you want to have a princess dining experience in addition to Chef Mickey's and budget is a concern, try Cinderella's Happily Ever After Dinner at
1900 Park Fare. The characters are so much fun and the buffet has a nice variety of options. Your daughter will get her princess time and super cute photo opportunities await. When our girls were 5-years old, we took them and one of them simply froze when she met Prince Charming. Afterwards, she tried to explain away her frozen-like stance by saying she did not want to make Cinderella jealous. Good one.
Sely, be sure to make
advanced dining reservations no matter which restaurant you choose. And pick up those autograph books for the characters to sign. We always take two over-sized pens - these are easier for some of the characters to grip.
Whatever you decide, I know your children will have a fantastic visit!
Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
Donyell
