Hello there Sidney! Thank you for bringing your great question to planDisney!
I love that you're doing an adults-only trip, adults can have just as much fun at the "Happiest Place on Earth" as the little Mouseketeers do! For a bucket list trip, I highly recommend exploring the
Disneyland Resort Hotel Vacation Packages, it's so convenient to bundle your
theme park tickets and hotel stay together.
My first recommendation is to stay at
Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. It is the closest hotel to both theme parks, and there is even a direct entrance into
Disney California Adventure Park! If I was on a trip with just adults, I'd definitely check out the
Tenaya Stone Spa for a luxurious spa treatment, and I'd try to get a
dining reservation at
Napa Rose to enjoy a more upscale dinner and a glass of wine!
My second recommendation is to stay at the
Disneyland Hotel, it's full of nostalgia and a beautiful place to stay. It's a short walk to the security checkpoint for the
Downtown Disney District, or you could even take the
Disneyland Monorail right into Disneyland Park! You also cannot miss a chance to experience a tropical cocktail at
Trader Sam's Enchanted Tiki Bar, or even checkout the new
Palm Breeze Bar at The Villas at Disneyland Hotel, I can't wait to sample their menu!
You cannot go wrong with any of the Disneyland Resort Hotels, and I hope that you and your party soak up every minute of the magic and ambiance of the Disneyland Resort! I hope this information is helpful for you Sidney, don't hesitate to
come back and ask me any other questions!
Have a magical day!
Melissa
