Thanks for your question. There have been times when I've visited
DisneyWorld.com, and in a few cases was redirected to the Disney World UK page. Since Disney won't ship the bands internationally, this may possibly be the reason why it's recommending that your
MagicBands be picked up at your resort Front Desk. If you're familiar with cleaning out your web browser cache and temporary files, I would give that a shot, then try to access your reservation again to see if you get the same results.
Another alternative is to contact Disney
Guest Services at (407) 939-1936, tell them what you're seeing on the My Disney Experience page, and see if they can assist.
