I thought 2023 reservations were supposed to be available to book on June 8th?

    Hello Jennifer,

Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. It sounds like you are eager to book your next Walt Disney World vacation!

You'll be happy to know that you can start booking your 2023 vacation packages. I just tested it out and was able to select several nights for September, so you should be all set. Whether you are planning to visit early in the year to enjoy the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts, enjoy some summer sun, or head down for a Not-So-Scary Halloween, it looks like you can go ahead and choose the perfect Walt Disney World Resort Hotel for your stay. Hopefully, any difficulties you were having earlier were due to heavy traffic with guests like you eager to visit Walt Disney World.

Pro Tip (you may already know): Start small when it comes to purchasing your park tickets. I like to start with the basic 1 Park Per Day admission. You can always upgrade to include the Park Hopper Option or maybe the Water Park and Sports Option as you figure out your plans. It's easy to upgrade tickets, but you can't really scale back.

Hope this helps. Enjoy planning your magical vacation, and stop by again if we can help answer any other questions!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
