I thought i had protection insurance. I looked at my reservation and it says it is not on there. What is the cancelation policy?

Hi Jean, and welcome to planDisney!

It looks like you will be visiting Walt Disney World Resort soon! What a time to celebrate the fun and memories will you will create.

I can certainly relate, and it is a good idea to have knowledge of the cancellation policy. Per the 2022 Website Package Terms and Conditions (as it relates to vacation packages), 30 days or more prior to your arrival, any amounts paid (minus any cancellation fees from a third party hotel, etc.) will be refunded. If you cancel 2 to 29 days prior to your arrival, you will receive a refund minus a cancellation fee of $200 per package. For cancellations made one day or less before your arrival, the total price of the vacation package is non-refundable.  *prices noted are subject to change*

If you desire to change any part of the reservation (as opposed to canceling), you will be responsible for any price difference in the package (should it apply). Changes made 30 days or less before your arrival is subject to a change fee of $50 per package.

If you have a room-only reservation, you can cancel that reservation without penalty up to five days before your scheduled arrival date.

We will be here if you have additional questions; please let us know how we can help.

    Have a magical time!
