Hi Jamie!
I'd have to say, I took my children last year (son was 2 1/2 at the time) to the Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves! The experience is perfect even for toddlers. If your kids are like mine, normally they'll stay awake a little later for the Disney experience, and Disney rarely disappoints! The highlight to me is the Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade, and we were sure to catch the early showing (there were 2 showings last year), which started around 8:15pm. The Party as a whole is generally an Extra Magic Hours-type experience, and my children lasted up to about 10pm, then crashed in the double stroller we rented. But it was a great chance to spend some extra time with the wife, walking around the park, and of course (for her) shopping! But from the snow coming down from the chimney and rooftops, to the hot chocolate and cookies at various places throughout, this party is one of our family highlights any time we visit Disney near Christmas! Have a Holly Jolly Christmas Time!
Visit Walt Disney World Resort to explore the magic.
