My Disneyland Account or peek into your
Disneyland Mobile App to see how you purchased the pictures. However, call the
Disney PhotoPass Helpline at (714) 520-7106 to see what can be done. Typically, photo previews only live in your account for 30 to 45 days; after purchase, you have another set time period to download your pics to your chosen devices. (Usually a month or so.) If you have the PhotoPass card you used during that visit, or a purchase receipt (check your email!), that would help the Cast Members track down your account and any recovery efforts.
