I thought I had created a reservation as a gift for family members this weekend. I can’t locate it, and they never got the notification

    Hello, Rachelle,

Aw! That is so sweet of you to give the gift of The Happiest Place on Earth! I’m sure your family members appreciate your generosity.

The easiest place to find future reservations, whether theme park reservations, dining reservations, or reservations for Enchanting Extras, is the Future Plans screen of the Disneyland mobile app. Access the Future Plans screen from the app’s ☰ feature menu. If you are using a web browser, you can find a similar list of future reservations on the My Plans page. Look for the link to My Plans under the “My Disneyland” menu on the Disneyland Resort website.

Disneyland Resort theme park reservations should show up on the Future Plans screen for anyone who has the theme park tickets associated with the reservations linked to their Disneyland account. Disneyland Resort dining reservations and Enchanting Extras reservations may only be linked to the account used to make the reservation. If a different Guest will be using a dining reservation or Enchanting Extras reservation, the reservation number and name of the Guest who booked the reservation can be given to the Cast Member at the restaurant or venue to complete the check-in process at the time of the reservation.

If theme park reservations aren’t showing up, you may want to visit the My Theme Park Reservations page again to attempt to re-make reservations. When creating a party for a new park reservation, if the theme park tickets don’t appear already, use the “Link a ticket or Magic Key pass” link to enter the ticket or pass IDs. Ticket IDs can be found by accessing the Disney eTicket link found in the original ticket purchase confirmation email. For help locating ticket information, a Cast Member with the Tickets phone line should have just the right amount of pixie dust and happy thoughts.

I hope everyone in your family has a most magical time at the Disneyland Resort, Rachelle!
