I thought I just booked a vacation. I'm afraid to try and book it again and end up with a double booking. Where will it show up when I have my room reserved?

Hey there, Angie! Welcome to planDisney!

That’s so exciting that you’ll be visiting Walt Disney World later this year. You’ll be visiting during the winter holiday celebrations based on the dates you’ve shared, so be sure to check the Disney Parks Blog as you continue to plan your Disney adventure. That will be the best place for updates and news on events, merchandise, and (most importantly) snacks for the holly jolly season.

I’m sorry that you’re having some technology issues with your reservation. Hopefully, Ralph hasn’t broken the internet again. A reservation confirmation should go to the email you provided shortly after purchase, but sometimes it can take up to 24 hours. Double-check that this email didn’t end up in your spam or junk folder.

You should also be able to find your reservation information under the My Disney Experience tab on the Walt Disney World website. You’ll see your hotel reservation and tickets under “My Plans.” If you’re using the My Disney Experience mobile app, click on the menu icon at the bottom of the screen (the three lines) and select either “My Tickets & Passes” or scroll down and select “Future Plans.”

If your reservation information still isn’t showing up in any of these places then I’d suggest calling the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and Tickets line to speak with a friendly Cast Member. They’ll be able to confirm the purchase of your vacation package or help you book a new one if there was a glitch somewhere along the way.

I hope this information was helpful, Angie. Pop right back to planDisney if you have any other questions. We’re always happy to help!

    Magical travels!
