Hi Julyan,
Welcome to planDisney!
If my calculations are correct, you should have been able to make those
advanced dining reservations. I hope you resolved the issue by now. If not, I offer a few suggestions!
First, double-check to make sure your
vacation package or
resort hotel is linked in your
My Disney Experience account. If it is linked, double-check the arrival date on that vacation package. Second, search the entire advanced dining restaurant list to see if any restaurants show availability.
If you still cannot make those dining reservations, try
contacting a Cast Member in Website Support. They can take a look at your My Disney Experience account to see what the specific problem might be. If you finally were able to check on those advanced dining reservations and were not able to secure the reservations you wanted, keep checking. Cancellations do happen!
Also keep in mind that you can use
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering and
Mobile Dine Walk-up Availability. On our last visit, we used Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering a few mornings at our resort hotel and we used
Mobile Dine Check-in to check-in for our dining reservations while in the parks and resorts.
Given your arrival date, also check the
dining updates to note any changes to dining locations or experiences prior to your arrival. We had dining reservations for every day of our last trip, and I was so happy with the service. By the time we checked in using the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, we never waited more than 10 minutes for a table.
Julyan, keep up the practically perfect planning! And do stop by again if you have any additional questions!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
