DH thinks I'm overplanning - staying 0420-0427 at GF. Booked 12 meals so far. How readily available is quick service dining? Worried about Animal Kingdom day - having breakfast with Donald but no lunch or dinner scheduled.

    Hi Carole --

Your husband and my husband would probably get along really well!  Don't worry, he'll be thanking you for all of the plans you've made when he doesn't have to wait hours to fill his hungary stomach.  It's better to come prepared and end up canceling reservations than to not be able to eat where you want or have to wait forever for a table.

Quick service dining is available throughout all of the parks, resorts and downtown area.  Some of my favorites include:

    • Animal Kingdom - Flame Tree Barbecue
    • Magic Kingdom - Cosmic Ray's & Pecos Bill
    • Epcot - Sunshine Seasons, I also just tried the fish and chips at Yorkshire County Fish Shop in the UK Pavilion and really liked it.
    • Hollywood Studios - Toy Story Pizza Planet and ABC Commissary
Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
