We are thinking of going to Wilderness Cabins in January 2010. Our question is, if we rent a golf cart, is there an area, we can put our stroller on it, so when we go to the boat stop we will have it for the parks?

The electric carts at Fort Wilderness are slightly different from the ones you may think of at a golf club...They have a seat on the back rather than a cargo box, allowing for seating for four, not golf clubs, or in your case, a stroller.

If your stroller folds up and is the typical size of an umbrella stroller, you can fit it between the driver and passenger in the front seat.  But if it is a larger stroller, like a Graco, I'd suggest sitting it on the floorboard of the backseat and tying it down securely with a bungie cord.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
