thinking of going to WDW 2-8--2-16-13 (mardi gras wk) we would leave just as presidents wk starts .is that a good time to go.when comes to crowds, weather and price ,have a 5yr old so need to go when shes out of scool and we've been many times never in feb

Hi Debbie! Figuring out a good week for crowds at Walt Disney World can be a real puzzle!  But you have chosen a time when generally the crowds will be a bit smaller then other times of year. Once Presidents Week begins and through Easter the resorts and parks fill up with a much higher attendance average.

The weather is still cool but I love it that way. And it doesn't mean you won't have warm days and swimming time but that usually is best mid day when the sun is at its best. The highs are averaging the mid 70's and it can be around mid 50's at night. Plan layering with your clothes as it is cool early and late!
