We are thinking of visiting Disneyland, but are out of state residents. After June 15 when the park opens to non-California residents, will the park capacity reduction stay the same at 30 or 35%?

    Welcome to planDisney, Ren!

It’s so nice to see you visiting us today, we’re happy to help. Isn’t it fantastic that we out-of-state Guests can finally return to The Happiest Place on Earth? I’ve missed everything about it, I can’t wait to plan my very own return.

The Disneyland Resort has been working extremely hard to make this phased reopening truly Magical for Guests of all ages. It started with California residents and, now, we all have the chance to come back home. The Disneyland Resort has not made an official announcement as to what the Disney Theme Park capacity percentages will be moving forward. However, new information is released all the time, so I recommend following the Disney Parks Blog and the Disney Parks on social media channels for the most up-to-date information.

No matter what, I do know that you and your family will have a TIGGER-ific time during your visit. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you have any additional questions about your upcoming visit. We’re all EARs!

    TTFN! (ta-ta-for now)

Meet the Panelist: Shantel, Alabama

Hi ya Pals! I'm Shantel, an Army wife and mom of two. I grew up going to the parks, and now we're sharing that tradition with our kids. When I am not visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, I'm at home researching and planning for our next trip. One of my favorite things to do is search for new snacks to try, especially if they are Mickey shaped. I'm definitely living the dream my heart wished for! I cannot wait to answer your questions and help make your vacation even more magical!
