Judy, celebrating your daughter's birthday at Walt Disney World is Magical.

Come with realistic expectations of what you want to ride, see and where you want to dine. I'm assuming you will purchase a Magic Your Way ticket with a no park hopper option and are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort and so will have early access to FastPass+ before you arrive. Sign in to the Walt Disney World website and click on My Disney Experience, from here you can see your MagicBand links, make Advance Dining Reservations and reserve your FastPass+ selections before your vacation.

Day 1:    I assume you arrive at your resort around noon, I would head to Disney's Hollywood Studios for the remainder of the day. Upon arrival eat a nice size lunch at Disney's Hollywood Studios; have late afternoon/early evening FastPass+ selections planned; ride or watch whatever shows you want until your FastPass+ times, grab a quick bite for dinner and finish out your evening with Fantasmic!

Day 2 & 3:   I feel Magic Kingdom and Epcot are all day parks, choose which you would like to visit first. Decide before you arrive and once again have your FastPass+ selections reserved in advance. FYI, I like to do afternoon or late afternoon FastPass+ selections.

Day 4:   If you are using Magical Express, you'll probably be picked up around noon. If you are up for the challenge, have luggage checked in as early as possible. Assuming Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge opens at 9:00am, buses run an hour before the park opens, be at Rope Drop (right when the park opens). Definitely utilize FastPass+ and plan on leaving the park no later than 11:00am.
If it was me, I would sleep in, dine at a one of my favorite restaurants for breakfast and spend the remainder of my time shopping and enjoying my last hours at Walt Disney World.

Whew! I hope this is helpful and enjoy celebrating your daughter birthday.
